Hotel Studio registers your sleeping guests at check in, enables issuing of special rates and allows pay at check out. A client review at dparture allows the receptionist to view status of various bills and have them cleared to enable checkout.
Store management
Hotel Studio records your purchases subsequently updating stock balances, allows for stock issuance and enables reminders to restock at preset values. Preset market commodity prices enable automatic computation of purchase costs.
An enterprise hotel software
Hotel Studio is an enterprise hotel management software developed by Lasahara software development Labs. The software which runs a My Sql databse was scripted in PHP with Javascripting and crowned with an intuitive user interface that makes it easy to use, greatly cutting down training costs and resultantly making the product more affordable.
The Hotel Management Software can be adopted either as a locally installed application shared on a cabled or wireless Local Area Network, or as a hosted solution accessible on a secure web server. The Lasahara Web Server Department offers a variety of hosting plans you can choose from.
The following are the server system requirements to successfully run Hotel Studio as a locally installed solution.
- 2Gb minimum of RAM
- Pentium 4 Duo Core Processor (above 2 GHZ processing speed)
- 80 Gb minimum of Hard disk capacity
- Network card to enable Sharing on LAN
In case of a hosted solution, a Linux Server is advisable.
